Hello, Does running the plug-ins update script delete defunct plug-ins as well as downloading the current ones? I.e. does it effectively delete then replace all plug-ins on the local system with the downloaded ones or do an add/replace operation that leaves some untouched? (I assume that from time-to-time some plug-ins need to be deleted because they have been superseded or are no longer useful).
