I'm not sure what the problem is...  are you asking about using SSL /
TLS for encrypting network traffic, about authenticating with
certificates instead of passwords, about storing passwords in nessusd as
hashes rather than plaintext, or about something else entirely? Also, it
would be helpful to know the exact error messages you encounter.
