Found Xcode 1.2 :) but won't install it until I know if I SHOULD...

I'd say you are safe to install Xcode 1.2. 

I just re-installed Nessus 2.0.10a from source tarballs.  I replaced a build
of the database-enabled branch but I had no problems building any of the
components.

I'm running 10.3.3 with all updates, Xcode 1.2 with gcc 3.3 20030304 (Apple
Computer, Inc. build 1640) on a Powerbook G3/500.
