I am not aware of any "archives" of .nessusrc files, and I doubt they
would be useful, since they change very often. However, you can make a
whole bunch of .nessusrc files for yourself, with many different
options/configurations, very easily. Just use one of the update-nessusrc
scripts to generate your .nessusrc files:

You may also find the "Nessus Knowledge Base" at that last link useful, as
it documents every option in the .nessusrc files.
