Nessus version: 2.0.12 for Linux
Nikto version: 1.34
I am having trouble getting Nessus to combine Nikto's output into the NBE output file. I am running Nessus in command line mode only, no GUI.
I know that Nessus is calling Nikto:

I know that Nikto is producing results, it finds 23 items when run by hand in the command line against the same IP address. Some of the things it finds, are not found by Nessus, so I imagine they should appear in the report.
Does anyone else run Nessus and Nikto in such a manner? When you get an nbe or nsr file as output, and convert it to html, does it include a Nikto section? Will anything found by the Nikto plugin be labeled as Nikto, or just by the ID of the nikto_wrapper? Is this a GUI only feature?
