The only trouble I'm aware of when updating plugins involves the cache
and a complete upgrade of nessusd.  For example, when I upgraded to
2.1.0, Nessus was mixing up the text of plugins until I removed the
cache and restarted nessusd; ie,

I don't know for sure, but I suspect this was just a bug in early
versions of 2.1.x.
