Exactly what is the problem with the original NessusWX? I didn't keep track down to the last plugin, but when I ran it last, it seemed to pick up all the plugins (5000+).

Thanks,

Who is Nicolas ?

Sorry about that- Nicolas is Nicolas Pouvesle (ie: the person who did the SSH stuff). Nicolas has joined Tenable recently and now works full time on Nessus and Nessus plugins.

Nessus WX used to be maintained by Victor Kirhenshtein
who seems to have abandonned its development. It would be great if all
the outstanding bugs could be fixed... by him or Super-Nicolas... or is
it Saint-Nicolas (since today is 6 Dec !) :-)

In Nessus 2.4, the GTK GUI will be improved greatly (you can already have a glimpse of it in HEAD - aka Nessus 2.3 - however it is not considered as stable yet). Once the GUI work is done, it will be ported to Windows, thus offering the same experience on both Unix and Win32 platforms.
