Nessus is distributed as source. If you want the current
version, and it seems like you might need it, you can either
download and compile it yourself -- see
<http://www.nessus.org/download/>  -- or wait until the
Debian package maintainers catch up. 

NB: if you decide to do it yourself, make sure you have the
GTK and OpenSSL development packages.

Really???? The --url option has been in nessus-fetch since
its initial version, I believe. What does the command help
say?
