What is the "allbutdangerousrc" file? This isn't something
in Nessus per se but probably something that you or a
colleague constructed.

Whether a plugin runs is determined as follows:
o Plugins that are listed in a config file as
"yes" are enabled.
o Plugins that are not listed in a config file
are enabled.
o If you enable dependencies for a scan, plugins
listed as dependencies of other plugins that
are to be run will also be enabled.
o Plugins in the ACT_INIT and ACT_SETTINGS categories
are run regardless of their settings in a config
file.
o If you enable safe checks, dangerous plugins
will *not* be run regardless of whether they
were enabled.
Does this clear things up for you?
