Given what you're seeing, it's not clear to me either why this plugin would be reporting a vulnerability. You may want to make sure you're looking at the same port Nessus is, but if you can't figure it out, feel free to send me a packet dump of traffic during a scan of that one device as well as the corresponding Nessus KB and I'll look into it. By the way, you don't mention... which version of Nessus are you using? And have you recently updated?
