I've the same problem. The scan works correctly. Only the portscan progress display fails. The same message is displayed on the terminal. (nessus:16179): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkprogress.c: line 557 (gtk_progress_set_percentage): assertion
`percentage >= 0 && percentage <= 1.0' failed
Perhaps, there is a little bug ?

I was hoping someone else would respond to this but there don't appear
to be any volunteers...
I *suspect* this is only a problem in displaying the results, not in the
scans themselves -- the message is certainly not unique to Nessus. Try
saving the results in a different format and see how they look, say,
without any graphics.
