"Nmap found that this host is running Cisco 801/1720 running 12.2.8 Seq Index: 9999999 IPID" That's on one device. None of the other ports really give any info. For the other device, the webpage scan does show something: "The remote web server type is : cisco-IOS Solution : We recommend that you configure (if possible) your web server to return a bogus Server header in order to not leak information." I'll send you a copy of the full report separately. > Also, which version of nmap are you using? I'm just using the stock nmap that came with Yellow Dog Linux 3.0. I'll try compiling a new version from source and see if that helps. _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list [email protected] http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
