Have you tried passing administrative authentication credentials to the
host(s)? If I am not mistaken, Nessus is querying the registry to see if
the patch is installed; which needs admin rights.

I have the same problem. I have tried to go against Win2k, Win2K and
Win2003. All show false. I am using eEye's Retina's scanner to
verify/compare against nessus and I have not been able to get nessus to
hit
on 19402 or 19408.
