Here is a simple version of the format: Nessus -c <config file> -T <format> -q <server> <port> <username> <password> <target file> <output file>
So for example: Nessus -c nessus.rc -T nbe -q localhost 1241 user pass targets.txt scan.nbe You can also just check the man file (man nessus). My goal is to run Nessus without using the GUI. Currently, I'm running the following command: # ./nessus localhost 1241 userid userpass target.txt This command does not run nessus and instead pop's up the help file for nessus. I am running version 2.2.5 Thanks! _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list [email protected] http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list [email protected] http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
