If you had configured the scan to save session data ("save_session =
yes" in the client config), nessusd will likely have saved some results
under, say, /usr/local/var/nessus/users/$user/sessions (where $user is
the user running the scan). If that's the case, you can use a Perl
script I wrote called sd2nbe that converts the results to NBE format; see:

It's a handy tool for just this sort of situation, or for recovering
results from past scans.
