I believe it has to do with the certificate. How to I generate a new cert with the new IP address?

Depends on what exactly is causing the problem... Does DNS need to be
updated to reflect the new address? Is there a firewall somewhere that
is preventing traffic from reaching the new location? Is nessusd
configured to listen on a specific interface that's no longer valid? ...
