Perhaps write the report to text or html and append the _formatted_
output from nessus -p to it prior to sending it to a pdf generator, the
samba one if its setup on your network.
You could even try the -S option if your client supports it and you have
a (my)sql server handy and build the plugin list into the html report
yourself with a script. Many options to try. Not being a guru I'm
unaware of a client switch or equivelent to do so. -S appears to work
nicely on my nessus 3 cli client
I got to thinking about doing this while I was trying to get script
working I referenced earlier and thought it might aid you.
I'm sure some one will come along soon with more helpful responses.
