A while back I remember somebody asked if "dangerous" plugins were disabled when safe checks was selected. He was told that all plugins that had the category of denial, destructive_attack, kill_host, and flood were disabled server side ( http://mail.nessus.org/pipermail/nessus/2005-March/msg00196.html ). Looking at the plugins there are a few that seem to make this approach not work quite right. For example 14655 is in the denial category, but also has a safe_checks option in it. So it seems like the safe_check code would never run since all denial plugins are disabled if safe checks is on. Is there some special flag to not disable plugins in these categories that have the safe_checks option in plugin code?
