Nessus doesn't make any requirements of targets per se. You can search the list of plugins at: http://www.nessus.org/plugins/index.php?view=search There are some for Sybase. And while there are none specifically targetting Tru64 as far as I know, os_fingerprints.nasl should detect it and there are a variety of plugins that check for generic issues that are likely to involve the platform.
