-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 When creating a scan policy using the Windows Nessus Client 3.0.x that is installed as part of a Windows Nessus server, a file is generated (policyname.conf). Can I simply copy the contents of this file into a .nessusrc file on my Solaris nessus server? Or is the format different?
Sure would make it easier to configure scanning parameters using this GUI client and copying the *.conf file contents to my unix server, and then run Nessus via commandline specifying the .rc file of my choice...Otherwise, I won't be able to run unattended scans since it ties up my Windows machine (plus saves the results on the local Windows file system...) Thanks!
