Hi Roberto, Welcome to the NESSY mailing lists! I am the current maintainer of Michael Bieri's NESSY project which is currently in a state of hibernation until someone decides to advance the software. I am actually the lead developer of the relax project (http://www.nmr-relax.com/), minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/), and bmrblib (https://gna.org/projects/bmrblib/). As I do not have a full understanding of the NESSY codebase, I will not be able to answer all your questions. I will try my best though.
For the data you have measured, what have you used as temperature control method, and what have you used for a temperature calibration method? I recommend that you have a read of http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/Temperature_control_calibration.html. If you have properly controlled and calibrated your measurements, then I cannot explain the difference. I also cannot explain the pB value. Have you set this as a constraint? Have a look in the menus for your current parameter constraints. For sanity reasons it is often useful to compare results between different dispersion models. If you are not confident with the numbers, you could compare them to other dispersion software. Here is a list with links of all published relaxation dispersion software: http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/Comparison_dispersion_analysis_software.html This does not list the software relax, which also handles dispersion data, as this table is from the relax manual.
