I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. What is a "check for global fit"? Are you talking about the clustering of spins together in one dispersion model, or something else? Everything should be presented to you in the log window of the analysis tab. If not, could you please create a bug report to expand on the list at http://gna.org/bugs/?group=nessy ? This will require a dedicated NESSY developer to solve though.
