Hi Youlin, For this problem, you may wish to look into the NESSY source code. The data in the save.NESSY file looks fine to me. I would suggest that you compare the results with other relaxation dispersion software, relax for example as it will give you much more feedback than the other programs (http://www.nmr-relax.com/). By comparing the two, you could then see at which point in the analysis (via the log window in the analysis tab) the calculation failed. This would help to locate the problem in the source code, or hopefully the input data. I would also strongly suggest that you create a bug report for the problem (http://gna.org/bugs/?func=additem&group=nessy), as I cannot find a similar problem in the list (http://gna.org/bugs/?group=nessy).
