I am actually the lead developer of the relax project (http://www.nmr-relax.com/), minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/), and bmrblib (https://gna.org/projects/bmrblib/).
For this problem, from memory you simply need to click on the 'Set up' button in the data tabs. Do you still have this problem?
