Hi, I have 1 experiment consisting of 23 datasets, one reference and 22 datasets at different CPMG frequencies including duplicates. The evaluate data is happy with the dataset up but I have a problem where nessy cannot complete the start calculation process once the monte carlo simulations occurs it updates the analysis window for a few resides but then stops. The progress bar show little update to the point that I am not sure if the software is still working or not, because after one hour it still has not completed. There are no error messages that I can see it just hangs there. I use the default nessy settings and there are around 280 residues in my protein.
