This is Harshad Paithankar, Research fellow at IISER, Pune, India. I am trying to use nessy for analyzing my CPMG data. I have opted for 500 MC simulations for error calculations. After running about 20 residues the analysis window shows some error and it stops working. Please let me know if this issue can be solved. here I am attaching the .txt file of the error I am getting. I am using nessy on windows 7 computer.
