If you've written your own agent, then I'd suggest it'll probebly be easier to write your own Makefile to go with it. Trying to insert your agent into the Net-SNMP agent framework is not going to be easy. I'm also a little concerned by your mention of threads. I hope you realise that the Net-SNMP agent is not thread-safe. It should be fine as long as *all* of the SNMP and MIB-related handling is in the one thread, but you're likely to run into problems if you try to split the SNMP code across multiple threads.
