Hmmm.... I was hoping for something a little shorter :-)

So far, the best candidate for README.solaris would seem to be
based on Thomas' explanation. Something like:

-------------
Additional compilation issues:

11. OpenSSL

If compiling with OpenSSL (e.g. from sunsolve), it's possible that
the agent won't successfully load the crypto library (typically in
/usr/local/ssl/lib) when it is run.

To address this on Solaris 8 (or higher), use /usr/bin/crle when
compiling the source, which will add this directory to the loader
search path. Alternatively, use LDFLAGS="-R/usr/local/ssl/lib"
when compiling.

---------------

(and bump "Wish List" up to 12.)

But is this text (or something similar) sufficient, or would we need
a bit more detail? Such as the exact configure invocation to use?
Or some/all of Johannes' explanation?

What about '--with-openssl' ?
Would '--with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl' do the trick?
(which might be the simplest to explain)

Dave
