However, I'm working on the lastest revision of ipv6.c from the CVS, which doesn't contain code for those tables on Linux.
I'm new to *BSD and programming, that makes me lost in reading the implementation code, especially on traversing the linked list and generating OID names :(.

First off, you definitely need to look into the main-line CVS code
where many things have been done in this area.  In particular, Robert
Story has just implemented a whole bunch of reimplementations of the
tables you're working on (and may have finished the ipv6 support for
them already.  He should be able to fill in information better, but
he's kind of busy at the moment and probably isn't reading much email
over the next few weeks.
