What O/S is the agent running on?
How have you configured the access control settings in snmpd.conf ?
What happens if you run
snmpgetnext -v1 -c svpub 192.168.0.22 UCD-SNMP-MIB::systemStats
& snmpwalk -v1 -c svpub 192.168.0.22 UCD-SNMP-MIB::systemStats
?
