That's what I expected.

It's not really a matter of wordsmithing - more changing "MD5" to
read "SHA" wherever this appears.    The toolkit would support MD5
authentication whether or not OpenSSL was included.   OpenSSL is 
normally required to support SHA-based authentication.

I just wanted to check whether this remained true under Windows as well
before tweaking the documentation.
