It was fixed on the 5.1.x line.
I've just applied the same fix to the main development line as well.
Simply delete this entry (and 'netsnmp_deprecated.3')
from the definition MAN3 in the file 'man/Makefile.in'
and re-run configure
(or else just tweak 'man/Makefile' by hand in the same way!)
