Depends on how you generate your snmpd.conf. If you use EXAMPLE.conf as your
template, you may simply add the sysServices line to the top-level
EXAMPLE.conf.def. If you have another template, add it to that one.
If you don't have a snmpd.conf template, you may want to create one and
install it in the "make install" step.
