Notes: 1) the most current 5.1.x version is 5.1.2. 2) net-snmp-cmaX is a custom RPM from another vendor, and thus it not officially supported. Also it seems odd that when the GP> subagent starts, net-snmp sends an authenticationFailure trap. I seem to recall this problem in 5.1. I believe it was fixed in 5.1.1. You'll have to contact the rpm vendor to see if they have a 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 version of their rpm, of if they can backport the fixes. Or if you have the source for the rpm, you could take a whack at it yourself. -- Robert Story; NET-SNMP Junkie <http://www.net-snmp.org/> <irc://irc.freenode.net/#net-snmp> Archive: <http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=net-snmp-coders> You are lost in a twisty maze of little standards, all different. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by BEA Weblogic Workshop FREE Java Enterprise J2EE developer tools!
