I think I got the reason. I have compiled without vacm_var module. That's why it's not able to check the community name.
Actually, I want to remove the SNMP-VIEW-BASED-ACM-MIB objects (vacmGroupName, vacmSecurityToGroupStorageType, vacmSecurityToGroupStatus, etc).
Could you please let me know how to configure netsnmp so that I can remove these objects?

Is this agent one that you've compiled yourself? If so, then how did you run "configure" initially?
