Hmmm....
It looks as if it's getting confused by the snmp_log_options handling,
and in particular that the 'optind' counter is getting out of sync.
As a possible workaround, what happens if you use:
"snmptrapd -d -p /tmp/snmptrapd.pid -Lf=/tmp/snmptrapd.log
-C -c /tmp/snmptrapd.conf"
instead?
