lcd_time.c - include sys/times.h should be wrapped
with HAVE_SYS_TIMES_H
no need for commenting time(NULL) when it is replaced with
snmpv3_local_snmpEngineTime()
since you could easily #if / #else and insert time(NULL)
into snmpv3_local_snmpEngineTime() ?
snmpv3.c - near line 480 setting hent = NULL
suggest a different patch, in case these enginetime patches
are rolled back...
