Err...  That's actually Robert!

He's been the 5.1 line for ages.  It's 5.2 that has a big ??? next to
it (and thus will likely end up me).

It doesn't really ring of a bug fix to me.  It's sort of in between,
which is why it's hard.  The bug is small, can easily be worked around
by a decent sysadmin and is not likely to be hit.  But the fix is
fairly large (I think) and more complex, and the 5.1 line is really
kinda stable at this point...  I'd probably lean just barely against
it.  Feel free to ignore my opinion.
