Isn't --enable-mfd-rewrites still Linux-only? If so, are you planning to
a) add it to the default list *for Linux only*, or
b) port it to more platforms?
I'm fine with "host" and "disman/event-mib" (as long as the latter is
spelled correctly ;-)).
