This Mib OID “hrProcessorLoad“ even though it doesn’t come under private its not there in Suse linux 8 and 9. And hence I am not able to find the CPU utilization in these machines. Is there any other way I can find for these two OS.
And B/w
For some of the systems which has win 2000. I am able to see 2 values “ 1: hrProcessorLoad.1 (integer) 2 2: hrProcessorLoad.2 (integer) 0 “
and from hrDeviceEntry table I am able to see 2 processors “ 1: hrDeviceDescr.1 (octet string) Intel [49.6E.74.65.6C (hex)] 2: hrDeviceDescr.2 (octet string) Intel [49.6E.74.65.6C (hex)] 1: hrDeviceType.1 (object identifier) hrDeviceProcessor 2: hrDeviceType.2 (object identifier) hrDeviceProcessor” ( these values are got from Mg-soft mib browser) even though these machines are having a single processor I am not able to realize why is it showing 2 processors with 2 different values for processor load.
Can some one please help me on this.
