Not offhand.

Does it happen at a consistent point?
(e.g. 105 lines, then 78 lines every time)
or does the amount of data returned vary?

Does the same thing happen when you try walking one
of the internal tables?  (Say, the nsModuleTable)

Try adding some debug code to your MIB module,
to report what is being asked for each time.
Does that indicate anything unusual?
