I guess we should really focus on a least getting from 5.1.2p0 up to at
least 5.1.3+.  5.1.3 back-ported the "agentaddress" token for snmpd.conf

Then we should probably also modify the default snmpd.conf we install to
contain:

agentaddress udp:127.0.0.1:161
smuxsocket  127.0.0.1

..by default, Net-SNMP bind()s a number of TCP/UDP sockets to *.*.  It's
really not conducive to security.
