All the data types should be returned in local byte order.

The ipaddr type confuses most people because the datatype is *often*
stored as an integer. However, it is in fact a string on the wire
(which means our functions expect it already in the right order):

% sinfo ipAdEntAddr
ipAdEntAddr OBJECT-TYPE
  SYNTAX        IpAddress
  ...

% snmpget -d localhost IP-MIB::ipAdEntAddr.127.0.0.1
  ...
0112: 01 02 01 04  14 01 01 7F  00 00 01 40  04 7F 00 00    [EMAIL PROTECTED]
0128: 01                                     ^^^^^^^^^^^    .
      ^^
                                             04 - STR
                                             7F 00 00 01 - IPADDR:127.0.0.1

IP-MIB::ipAdEntAddr.127.0.0.1 = IpAddress: 127.0.0.1
