Wrong.

Have a look at the 'snmpd.conf' man page, where it documents
these three directives.  This is in a section entitled
  "SETTING UP TRAP AND/OR INFORM DESTINATIONS"

Your starter for 10 - are there any other directives listed
in the same section?  Anything that makes a passing mention
of SNMPv3, perhaps?
   What do you think this directive might be used for?
