The bulk of the work involved will be back-porting the new version
to run with the earlier libraries.  Providing a simple wrapper script
to mimic the previous options should be fairly straightforward.

OK - I'll look at doing that as well.

I can see that I'm not going to get *any* work done on TBB this
month either :-(

Actually, I'm quite happy that you pulled the old code from CVS.
It's the premature release of 5.2.2.rc4 that I'm objecting to.

Should we pull the old code from the 5.1 and 5.0 lines too?
