Hi Gurus

Do not know if this the right forum to pose these questions, but here it goes :

1. Compiled net-snmp-5.3.0.1 on solaris 10 on SPARC platform using Sun Studio
11 compiler suite. When configure is run, it does not recognize that struct
rt_entry in net/route.h has rt_dst as an element and does not include a -D<...>
for the corresponding CFLAGS in the makefile for compilation. I had to edit the
agent/mibs/Makefile and include the -D flag to make it compile. Any one knows
why this is happening? or any one come across this or similar problem? I would
very much appreciate you input and advice

2.Once net-snmp, thus compiled and installed, I tried to follow the examples
listed in the tutorial for net-snmp 5.x version, but they do not seem to work
as listed. Do I need to be looking at some other tutorial or are there some
other net-snmp source code which I need to compile?

Your help, input and advice will be greatly appreciated.

With Regards

Vardhan
