First I have to say that I am sorry since it wasn't quite that bad but the
problems I am seeing is as follows:

In convert_v1pdu_to_v2:

A community field is eventually inserted among the varbinds. I think that is
odd since I feel that the community has more to do with the security
information than the varbind. It is also odd that it only happens in
convert_v1pdu_to_v2.

In netsnmp_send_traps:

The agent address field in the v1 pdu is always overwritten, even if the v2
varbind that should override it is included.
