Have you any specific problems in mind?
Four out of the five scripts are relatively trivial,
and I've just been through them (again).
I can't spot anything that looks non-standard in /bin/sh.

I haven't looked through the longest script (nsb-functions)
in the same detail, but I wouldn't expect anything untoward
there either.

If there is anything that's broken under /bin/sh, I'd prefer
to see that fixed, rather than backing out and postponing
this task for another time.

But it would be useful to hear other opinions too.
