In the light of this, why do we have

  #define MAX_ENGINEID_LENGTH 128

in include/net-snmp/library/snmpv3.h?

FWIW:
- it's used nowhere in the code
- the bug fix above introduced a check for a (hard-coded) max length of
32 per the RFC
