I am working on a product which requires the use of Diffie-Hellman
derived privacy keys. We have had some success with using the
usmDHKeyTable for key changes, but I don't see any support for
usmDHKickStart group for deriving an initial key. Have I missed
something here, or is there a particular reason not to use the
usmDHKickStart method?
